St. Kitts Day 2

Ok, so as it turns out, this place is pretty amazing during the day too. After sleeping in until about 11 local time (by the way, its eastern time here) i met up with gypsy for lunch at a beach-side cafe that was very good.

then it was off to meet some of her co-workers to discuss how my photography job would work for the golf tournament while i was here. after a brief meeting where things were settled i headed back to the house to relax for a bit.

that didn't last long, i decided to head to the beach to see what it was like. well, the beach was beautiful, the ocean amazing, but, the sand was VERY hot, so i gave up early and headed back to the house for a nap.

then it was time to head back up to the hotel to photograph the golf guests as they arrived. just to give you and idea about who is here for this, here's the short list of players:

after check-in everyone headed down to the north pool, which is one of the smaller pools kinda away from things for a welcome reception with dinner and drinks. it was nice, the food was great and the booze was flowing.

after about and hour or two out there, gypsy and i decided we were done and headed back to the room, she was very tired and i can't say i blame her.

so tomorrow i'm off to the golf course to look around and watch the practice round of the tournament and get the lay of the land for friday's photography set-up.
